Privacy policy
This site collects little data. Here is what is stored, what for, who processes it and how to have it deleted.
Who is responsible
The data controller for this site is KINGSTER, LLC, a limited liability company organized and domiciled in the State of Wyoming, United States ("Kingster"), whose registered agent address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Privacy contact: support@kingsterpro.com.
What data is collected
Only what you type in the contact form: name, email address, company (if you provide it) and your message, together with the language and the page you write from.
The hosting service also records minimal technical data for each visit (IP address, date and time, requested page) in its server logs, as any website does.
Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
Payments
If you subscribe to a product, the payment is processed by Stripe, which receives your card details under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). From Stripe, Kingster receives, for example, your name, email address, billing country and postal code, the card brand and its last four digits, and your payment history.
That information is used to provide the service, send receipts and meet accounting and tax obligations.
What it is used for
Contact data is used to answer your message and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal; billing data, as described under Payments. Data is not used for advertising and is not sold. It is shared only with the providers that process it on Kingster's behalf — Hostinger (website hosting and the support mailbox), Google (Firebase storage, email and fonts) and Stripe (payments) — and when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools or trackers of any kind.
Where it is stored
Messages are stored in Google services (Firebase) on servers in the United States, protected by access controls. Only Kingster can read them, and a copy is delivered to Kingster's email inbox.
For how long
Contact messages: up to twenty-four months after the last contact, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first. Subscriber data: while the subscription is active and afterwards as described in the terms and conditions.
Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data through the contact form or at support@kingsterpro.com, at no cost. We answer access requests within ten business days of receipt and correction or deletion requests within fifteen business days of receipt.
If you reside in Colombia, you also have the rights recognized by Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations; we honor them through the same channel.
Data inside the products
This policy covers this site and the billing of subscriptions. The data you or your customers load into Build Record or Connecking is governed by the privacy policy published on each product's site, which identifies who is responsible for it.
Minors
This site is not directed at people under eighteen and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, it is published here with the update date.
